Ace Sales Ops was founded in August 2020 by Samantha Wallace, a sales veteran with 15+ years of experience and 10+ years in leadership roles. Sam’s career has taken her from scrappy startups to large-scale enterprises, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to scale effectively at every stage.

Based in Colorado, she’s a proud boy mom, board game champ (self-declared), a fan of charming baking shows and romantasy reads.

Think of her as your part-time sales ops pro with full-time dedication and a mild obsession with process.
